Players will work out of three main activities. Within each activity there are four stations. To end off the practice we will run two games played on 1/2 ice.
1. Various Skill Development Stations
a) Tag (stride)
b) Stationary Passing (passing)
c) Superman (agility)
d) Weaving (edges)
2. Starts and Balance
a) Follow the Leader (starts)
b) T-Push (starts)
c) One Foot Line (balance)
d) Stick Hopping (balance)
3. Glide, Backwards, Stopping
a) Gliding - 2 feet skiing
b) Gliding - 1 foot skiing
c) Backwards Skating
d) Stopping - clock game
4. Games
a) British Bulldogs
b) Star Wars
